  • There is no fee to list your event on the TOCW calendar, though we do provide an option for organizers to make a donation to help support the operational costs of hosting Toronto Climate Week.

  • The TOCW calendar will open for event submissions in the summer. Once it’s open, event organizers can list their events by following the instructions that will be provided by the TOCW team.

    To receive the instructions, be sure to complete our Event Organizer Interest Form. By signing up, you’ll also gain access to important updates, helpful resources, invitations to informational sessions, and more.

  • When you host a Toronto Climate Week event, you help build the momentum needed for transformative climate action.

  • It is a city-wide series of events designed to accelerate climate solutions through collaboration, creativity, and public engagement. Taking place across the city, with events held by various organizations, this decentralized initiative brings together businesses, government officials, entrepreneurs, investors, artists, and the general public to build a future of sustainability.

  • TOCW will have a 2-day inaugural event in the Fall of 2025 and start it’s annual week-long event in June 2026. Most events will be in-person and happening around the Toronto and GTA area.

  • Nearly all Toronto Climate Week events will be in-person in the Toronto and GTA area. With that being said, there will be some hybrid and a few virtual only events.

  • Participating in Toronto Climate Week is free. However, some events throughout the week may require paid tickets.
